Does it have good service? What is irritating about it? Does it break easily? On a scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest), what would you rate it? Sorry for asking all of the kind of annoying questions, but I just want to know everything I can about it.

Hi, IMO.....no, the iphone is not worth $600.....here's vat you CANNOT do with it:
1)Take videos........none at all.........and even the pictures suck as there is no flash
2)Transfer files via bluetooth (apart from ur PC connection)
3)Use normal 3.5mm headphones( not all)
4)Use the phone as a portable hard-disk

the list is endless.....
my suggestion: buy a $350 phone like nokia N72(can do all the things the iphone can and MORE) and get a 30gig iPod...... that ought to serve all your purposes much better


***Never buy the first generation of any product for any factor apart from looking cool, wait for the 2nd gen....thats when it gets good cuz they figure out almost all the probs....look at the iPod nano for example***

All I have heard are negative things about them so far, especially the cost and the charges they are running up. If you get one better be ready for some very high bills!
