How can i synch my iphone to one computer (a pc) for music and another computer

(mac with entourage) for conta I want to sync my iphone with my home computer (a PC) for music, and with my work computer (a mac) for contacts and calendar. This is because work policy keeps the music off my mac. How do I go about synching with 2 different computers like this?
