I was wondering, does anyone know if the Apple iphone is availible for purchase without a 2 year contract from cingular? I just want to buy one and unlock it to use it with T-Mobile.

na u cant u have to get AT&T for two years.

Not just Yet. Cingular is the only contract that you can sign with the iPhone.
