No, Even do people already found a way to unlock the iphone you can not use the iphone because Verizon doesnt use a SIM Card and ATT uses a SIM Card. So that means that u can only use your iphone with any company that uses a SIM Card

of course not even though you might buy an unlocked phone to use with other carriers that are not at&t you can't use it with verizon because they don't use sim cards.
