I've been hearing ALOT of great stuff about the Voyager and I myself am actually getting one on Tuesday. There's alot of features on it that most phones don't have, plus I love the keypad on it [:

All the sidekicks are nice.
So any of those would make good phones.
& what phone company does your family have?
Because the sidekicks are t-mobile,
& i know that the Voyager is something else.
If your family has one of those plans than you should get a phone from that company.

& why do you NEED a phone like that?
It's not like your going to die if you don't have one like that.

Definately a sidekick slide out of your list. But, if you're looking for a really good keyboard phone, I would suggest a Blackberry.
