Is the Danger Hiptop3 Sidekick the same as the sidekick3 from tmobile?

I ordered a sidekick 3 off ebay today, and on all the listings it said Danger hiptop 3 but on all the pictures of the sidekicks it said tmobile.What is this Danger Hiptop thing they speak of on there?
