Question about moving with my cell phone service.?

I'm moving from Edgewater Florida to Pensacola Florida. I have a T-Mobile phone and can't get a human on the customer care phone. Doeas anyone know how to get a human being on the line or how the move will effect my cell phone bill...whether I can change my area code or will the breach the contract..etc etc
