business card when you go? The personnel at AT&T stores always give you their business card. Sometimes they forget and offer more than once. It's obviously in their training but why? Do they get commission, is it for the appearance of good customer service and availability? I've gotten so many and haven't used one, it seems a little ineffective and wasteful.
