Default What is the overall BEST pre-paid cell phone service out there?
As far as service, over-all cost for value & realiability, which of the many pre-paid phone services would you say is the best & why?

Virgin Mobile is the best! The phones aren't that expensive either...

Virign mobile has good reception. There prepay plan in 18 cent a min. Text is 5 cent to sent/receive
