i am in uk woth 3 mobile phone service,how do i get the pics of the memory card...

...mini?i want my pics in my pc . i cant email them and the memory card is to small for the insert on the pc,also i dont have the usb cable

what do i do?how can i get my pics,i cant figure out how the bluetooth works,i dont thinnk i have 1 in the comp.
