Default Is there a cell phone service that only charges the SENDER of a text message?
Aka all these companies charge you for RECEIVING a text message. It's the biggest scam in the world. They charge the sender and the receiver as if text messaging takes up more bandwidth than phone calls.
Whoops...located in the United States of America...

Humm... Telenor; Mobylink (No charges on incoming Texts) yes i agree that is actually a big time scam!
