but there is an AT&T logal on it but i currently have T mobile. so would it work with T mobile too?

T-Mobile use the same network as At&t (GSM) you can get the phone to work with your T-Mobile Simcard by simply unlocking the phone.

it depends if t-mobile uses a gsm or cdma network i think they use a gsm network but you would need to unlock the phone(enter a special code) and maybe have to buy a SIM card
