New cell phone with at&t service... need help picking one out

So i am due for an upgrade sometime this month. I have at&t service. I am looking for a phone with a key board for like texting and stuff. However when i look online i cant find ne with key boards. Does anyone have any suggestions on cell phones i could look at with a key board? Thank You!! by the way im 16... if age helps at all

iPhones or blackberrys are the first ones that come to mind but there are a lot more that have full keyboards. Go to your att store to look at some and ask someone.
