Which cell phone service best for unlimited texting?

I have t-mobile currently. No texting plans whatsoever. I have a RAZR that is about 3 years old, and would like to get a new phone as well as unlimited texting.
So, which plans would be cheapest for unlimited texting, but also have really good phone selection?
