Cheapest US cell phone Service?

I only want to bare essentials.
I have an unlocked GSM phone and would like to know my options. Basically I want a carrier who uses a sim card.
What is the cheapest? Talk Only...dont need text.

i don't know how the service is in your area. hteres a detailed coverage map on their website so you can look.
they have some cheap plans
