Even though I'm on the next recruitment process, I have a telephone interview. Are you already an employee for O2, if yes did you have previous experience before getting the job?

I mean I don't have previous customer service experience, but I am nearly employed by O2. Just 2 more stages and that's it but I'm scared and nervous of not getting the job!
