Who offers military discounts for cell phone service?

Cingular does for sure and I am just looking to find out if anyone else does, for 550 min, rollover, mobile to mobile and 9 pm nights and weekends it comes to 58 after tax with discount for 2 lines and want to see if anyone else offers this stuff.
