...located? e.g. Three UK is in Mumbai.? Where are Orange, Vodaphone, O2 and T-mobile's CS centers located?
I've had several "issues" with my Three UK mobile phone's internet access and I'm looking to change network at the end of my contract.
But I want to change to a network with either a UK or Eire based support rather than spending unfruitful hours being dumbed down by an arrogant Mumbai muppet - who talks to you as if you're a 2 year old - to the point you just hang up.
Which [I think] is their actual mission statement, rather than to provide tech support.

Whether you change your service provider or phones network. I know all service providers are money minded people they are running a business. Yeah it may be true that Mumbai 3G employers may be rude or arrogant. Simple solution talk to their Team leaders for your queries and solutions. Rather than talking bad.

Even you are any employer working some where. In todays world no one is happy. So try to be more happy and think what is your question before you through a question to telephone company ask yourself is your question logical or just for knowledge sake or fun.

Totally agree with you. Orange has just "out-sourced" its call centre to India as well. Instead of a free call to customer support, it's an 0906 number.
