I hear ya. Even with what I pay extra for roaming I still can't get a signal in upstate NY. And for months we were billed 15. plus extra for something nobody ordered. We still have not gotten credit for all those months despite having told them, Hey, check the account, has anyone from this cell phone ever accessed the internet? Nobody signed up for it, but they swear somebody did, even though nobody did. I called and complained. They deducted a month's charge then inisisted somebody signed up for it a year ago and so they would not deduct the $15 a month? Say what? Who signed up for it? I never authorized it. So for a year, figure it up, 15$ a month I got ripped off because they insited somebody subscribed to that service when nobody did. And when you demand to know who that "somebody" was, they don't know. So how the heck can they bill you an extra 15$ a month for a service nobody uses and nobody knows who subscribed to it, just because they said somebody did? So I figure they owe me 12 months times 15$ which I'll never see. But they keep after me to renew the contract. NOT, you thieves!! And if you ever get somebody that speaks English, consider yourself lucky. Sprint SUCKS!!! And then there's the cell phone insurance ripoff plan they have! When my screen malfunctioned the bs I got was, leave it here for 2 weeks and we'll try to fix it. Not! How am I supposed to run a business without a phone. Give me a new phone. Oh no, read the fine print!! It's our option either to repair or replace. So I ended up having to buy yet another new crappy phone because I couldn't afford to wait 2 weeks for them to decide whether it could be repaired or not.
