Summer break again, however, in the current climate of shrinking budgets, deciding on a family holiday can be a challenge.

At this moment, maybe you’re feeling down because of the financial blues. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed by holiday tasks. Maybe you’re rushing around to try to get things done before you leave for vacation. Or maybe you’re just having a lousy day.

If so, you can make yourself happier – right now. Below are 5 tips to summer vacation happiness, just check off as many of the following items as possible. Each one will lift your mood, and get joy at this summer holidays season.

1. Getting out in the open
Experts suggest that being stuck indoors on vacation can limit mental recuperation. On the other hand, when able to roam outdoors, we can exert ourselves at a favourite sport or simply linger in the park.

Psychologically, beautiful scenery can distract us from our troubles, help us forget our normal stressful environments and reconnect us to nature.

2. Let go of stress
Want to create more happiness? - Let go of overblown expectations and stress. We are all perfectly imperfect. What do you need to let go of? Write it down and burn it.

Make a list of what you are tolerating about the holidays. Try for 100 or more things.

Review the list and make decisions - let it go, figure out a way to enjoy it, address it.

3. Give yourself a gift
Of time or pampering or whatever you need. This includes asking for what you want! If you see a drop dead something you've been wanting - just buy it and enjoy it! A new iPod or coming Microsoft Zune HD may be a good choices.

4. Listen to jubilant music
While listening to music the other day, it hit me that music can greatly affect ones behavior. I was listening to some Donovan , and the music made me extremely happy. Because there was a happy sound to it. The lyrics were pleasing, and the way it was preformed was in a very happy manner. According to some researches, music can affect ones personality in the long run and a person’s mood in the short term. And listening to jubilant music frequently will make you happier.

So don’t hesitate to enjoy music form iTunes, Last.fm with your iPod, Zune etc, and get a DRM Removal and DVD Ripper tools at Summer holiday special offer , then you can enjoy DVD/CD music/movies or DRM protected music /movies on-the-go with limitless joy.
