Picture messages not working on Kyocera Marbl Virgin Mobile Phone, please help?
Trying to send picture message to my friend's Kyocera Marbl (still) she's on Virgin Mobile. They're not getting through. Please help!
Are there people here? 'Cause no one answered last time I asked this question. Once upon a time my friend got a crappy phone (It really is turning out to be crappy). I'm trying to send her picture messages. I'm sending them to herphonenumber@vmobl.com. I've tried using number@teleflip.com as well. I've tried attaching multiple pictures as well as attaching just one picture. I've tried sending one picture from my phone to her phone. They're small pictures which can be displayed on her phone. For some reason, she gets a plain text message with some advertising crap that the server puts in there, but no picture. Somebody help please?!
Okay-- crizel_pretty, very helpful. There actually isn't any kind of error message. The messages I sent to her via e-mail & my phone all get to her phone but no pictures ever appear. It's as if they were never attached. The messages just appear as simply text.

i worked with virgin mobile before, well first thing u can do is to powercycle the phone. turn off ur phone and take the battery out for 15 min. that is to reacquire the network. now after this process and ur phone still does the same thing, u have to call virgin mobile customer service. u have to take note the error message or error code so that they can assist u right away!! if there are no people, try to go to a virgin mobile shop or kiosk near ur area!!

I haven't any idea how to fix this, but your friend should be advised that Kyocera phones are unfortunately really very crappy. :\ I know several people who have owned them and each broke within three to six months of use. Which is great, I guess, if you're a spy in need of a self-destructing phone.
