It is driving me crazy.. I checked all my alerts cleared everything out.. turned it off and left it off for an hour.. I did everything possiable ever checked the owners manuel and I dont see anything.. cant anyone help me...

maybe your phone is simply defective! go to the dealer/store and exchange it, but make sure you erase all your info.
