I just purchased a Kyocera E2000 phone metropcs and im having problems getting my animated wall paper on, when i make it a default for wallpaper it just stays still, on my old phone i could put animated for a wall paper, it works for my screen saver, is there any way i could get it on as a wallpaper?

also i notice when my phone is done charging it automatically turns off by its self, which i really dont like because i miss phone calls, is there a setting to fix it?
