Question about the Kyocera Strobe??

Okay so I know that it comes with a voice memo system, but along with that system could you record something and then set it as a ringtone??? I called 1-800-alltel1 and they didn't know and at my local alltel store the phone wasn't on display but they had some in storage. Thanks soo much!!
