Why doesn't the Kyocera STROBE have an MP3 on the phones?

For this phone to be fairly new and has a keyboard etc. why didn't they put a mp3 on the phone as much as I paid for it I expected some great to be on here, I mean MP3 on phones where out before this phone so why not this one I've seen cheaper crapier phones with MP3 compatibilty...
