Verizon Wireless phone question! LG The V. About picture messaging!?

Every time I send a picture message, whether it be to a friend, or pix place, it says "Sending" right as it reaches the end, it says "Invalid Destination Address". I have no idea why this might be. It's done this since I got it. I haven't had the time to go to the actual tech support center, I didn't know if anyone knew how to fix this?
