Would an LG phone from AT&A work with T-Mobile

If you have to Unlock, Then can T-Mobile unlock it for you or would at&t have to do it

I don't think so, if u really wanted an LG phone from AT&T to work with t-mobile u could unlock it. You can just type "how to unlock a phone".
