My cell phone (LG NEON) is working perfectly fine when not slide open. But when I slide the keyboard open the screen shuts off. When I slide it back it goes back to working 100% fine. Has anyone faced this problem or have any suggestions they can give me? If not i am taking it back to where I bought it tomorrow asking for a new one. All the water strips on the back are still perfectly white and this didn't start when I dropped it. It was random. Any suggestions? Thanks
