I have an LG cookie mobile phone and I am having problems accessing the internet?

When I bought it it came on virgin, with a virgin sim, and I have since changed to orange. When I try to connect it to the internet it says connection failed. I tried to change it from the virgin GPRS setting to the orange setting but there was no option for it. Could you please tell me how I can change to the orange internet please.
