If I buy a Unlocked LG Chocolate, would I be able to use it as a T-Mobile phone?

Probably not only because the chocolate is mainly an Verizon phone and verizon uses a CDMA network and dont use sim cards While t-mobile is a GSM network and uses Sim cards so if you got the phone you would not be able to use it sorry.
