DOES ANYBODY KNOW A SOFTWARE I CAN USE TO MAKE THIS CABLE WORK?

you need a special program to sync it, which you can get off ebay, although good luck trying to download it, you won't find it. I think the lg cu500 is bluetooth, so if you buy a bluetooth dongle device, you can sync it that way (usually about $5 on ebay). Good luck!

i have an LG CU500, and you dont need any program to use the cable, you just go to start, then my computer, then you should see um.. something F:, i cant remember what the name of it is. but you just click that, and you have it set, to drag pictures just drag them to the 'pictures' icon. or to drag music to drag those to the 'music' icon.

i do it alllllllll the time. :]

and when you first hook up you're phone, you'll probably see some kinda of set up wizard, just click cancel to that.
thats what it says to do in your manual.
its very simple.
