how do i transfer ringtones from my computer to my motorola cell phone w385.?

I have the software & cable but no function to transfer files to the phone. I have made numerous ringtones and would like to use them with my new phone. I don't have bluetooth at home to transfer them to my phone. The software allows me to sync my contacts and edit them as well, but no other functions.
