Default Where can I download Motorola (Mobile) Phone Tools Software for free?
I am trying to get music i hva edownloaded to my new razr v3m from U.S. Cellular. I have the cable plugged into the phone and computer. And I downloaded the drivers. But my computer isnt showing my phone at all! Not in windows media, or under My Computer..... PLEASE HELP!

I WAS TOLD I NEED MOTOROLA PHONE TOOLS
