Motorola Pebl cell phone!?

I just bought this pebl, and i was wondering. I went on youtube and saw someone with one and when it rang he had a blue light flashing from the little circle on top of the camera. But when someone calls me no blue light pops up can anyone show me how to put this on my phone? Like walk me through the settings or something? K thanks.
