The phone is a Razor V2c. I need to know if anyone has Verizon and used the Phone Tool on a Motorola verizon phone. I know that some of the service provider disable some functions of the phone.I found out my answer and Verizon sucks! They have disable the only feature I bought the program for.Ringtones and picture CAN NOT be transfered. I will be closing out this question. Thats for all ya'll help

It should work just fine as long as the Verizon phone is made by Motorola. Verizon is a service provider, not a phone manufacturer. If the phone doesn't have a manufacturer listed on the outside, look inside the battery compartment underneath the battery. "Phone Tools" should work with all Motorola Phones. If you have it installed, just download the updates directly from Motorola to be sure you have the latest version.
