i have the V551 and ive used it and transfered music and pics fine, but when i tried to use it right now, it gives me one of those error reports that say "mobile Phone Software has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

and then it says if i want to send the error report or debug.

what can i do? should I uninstall and than reinstall?
