My friend has mobile phone tools too and she was able to view every single message from her phone since she first got her phone so I decided to try it on mine too but the only messages that show up on the ones in my current inbox and sentbox. I even tried unistalling my program and then using my cd to install it again but it still doesn't show. Is there any other step I have to do or anything because I really need to see my old text messages. Anything helpful would be appreciated. Thank You
