My cell phone motorola v551 all of a sudden lost all signal. It's not the SIM card.?

the motorola stil turn on , but can't get a single bar. i switch the SIM card an older cell phone and gets signals as usual. The motorla v551 all of a sudden dont have any signal at all. could the antenna be broken?
