how do you use the multimedia studio in motorola mobile phone tools?

I am trying to copy music 2 and from my motorola razr using motorola mobile phone tools. i went into the multimedia studio in it and i cant seem 2 figure out how to copy music 2 and from the phone. Can anyone explain 2 me how to do this with the steps in order?
