Default Can a cell phone bought inthe U.S. also be used in Central Europe? (Let's

say a Motorola)? If I replace the charger with a Central European one - , will it be compatible with my new cell phone?

Yes it would, now to USE the phone, you would have to perform the SIM unlock ...
