Is it possible to use voice memos as ringtones with US Cellular Motorola RAZR V3C

Cell Phones? I have a Motorola RAZR V3C cell phone with US CELLULAR. I was wondering if it is possible to make a voice memo into a ringtone with it. Does anyone know? Thanks for the help.
