Is the Motorola W370 cell phone BlueRay compatible? Thanks.?

I'm sorry not having my question be clear. I'm new to this technology and the lingo. I need to make my cell phone hands free while driving and wanted to get that little earpiece which I think is Blue Ray. (sp?)
