I've looked at websites such as alibaba.com, global sources, gsmexchange, etc. there are just too many out there, plus the quotes that i receive are way higher than if i just bought them through ebay. i need specific name and contact for a wholesaler/distributor, preferebly in latin america/southeast asia.

Its true import + unlocked phones = a ton of cash. I am not sure of a place to buy them, but ebay would be the best. Don't get motorola phones, they are terrible. So buggy, cheap, and slow. Stick to LG and Samsung.
