well.. it depends on which version you have.. I have the newest Red one from Cingular, and I can plug mine up to the computer using a USB cord and send complete songs that I've downloaded onto my computer to my cell phone..You have to have a memory card though... my sister in law uses www.myxertones.com ... I don't thinks he has to pay anything.
