i have a nokia 6822 phone. i bought a ca-42 data cable from ebay that came with a "USB cable drivers" disk. when i put the disk in, it installed nokia pc suite. i have since uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the nokia website, like i have seen so many people suggest. i open nokia pc suite and hit get connected, follow the directions (my phone says data enhancement connected) and after a few minutes, a window pops up saying "problems with USB connection?" along with ways to troubleshoot. i have plugged the cable into all 4 usb ports on my computer and my phone still won't connect. this is as much detail as i can think of. can someone please help?
