Default I have a 2 year contract with T-mobile, the phone I have is a Nokia 5300

Xpress Music. I have a few questions. 1) What does "Unbranding" the phone mean?
2) Does this add on my phone bill?
3) Does this give internet access?
4) I have a 2 year contract with T-Mobile, should I do this, or will it harm me?

PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS!! Thanks.
