Convert RealOne player, Windows Media Player Videos to watch on Nokia phones.?

I have Nokia 6500 Slide. And I have lot of videos downloaded from Real One Player from Internet. I want to watch them on my Nokia phone. How to convert those Real One Player and Windows Media Player Videos so that I can watch them on my mobile??? Preferred is a free software...
