I have a nokia cell phone and i need to know how to sync it with my computer???

i want to put songs on it from my computer but i dont know how to connect it to my computer.....do i need some kind of cord or cable of some type???plz help!!
its a nokia bar phone......(nokia 6235).......do i need some kind of cord or cable to hook it up wit my computer??
