Hi, I am confused ! which phone should i buy? Nokia N70 Music Edition or Sony W810i ?

Hi, i have checked out the details they almost have same features and are priced at the same tag. my friends say that n70 gets slow when u load more data and sony's sound qulality is best. so what do u think?
Sony's w810i phone is a walkman series phone.
