How to unlock password for memory card (kingston 512 MB Micro SD card), Cell

phone is Nokia N 6300.? Actually i have given a password to my memory card, but later i forgotten password. My cell phone is Nokia N6300. i have very important data on it and do not wanted to lose that. Kinldy tell me how i can unlock password.
